Terms & Conditions

Deposits: Deposits equal to 50% of the total rental will be charged to a major credit card at the time of booking. Any reverse credit card transactions will be charged a $25.00 fee.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits, less a $25.00 service charge, will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to check-in date. On shorter notice, deposits are refunded only when the accommodations are re-rented in full. We will make every attempt to rebook the accommodation. Deposits on reservations can also be rescheduled and used within a 90 day period without any additional charge.
